In these cases I have converted to mp3 lame cbr-320kbps.

If you want them in lossless format then I suggest you use jdownloader to download the rar files 
from Avaxhome.

Other albums have been ripped from my personal CD collection at 320kbps cbr.

Only one album is in a low bitrate (192 kbps) and that is the excellent 
'Now is the Merry Month of May'.

There is a wide range of music composed by such individuals as Henry VIII, Thomas Morley, 
Orlando Gibbons, John Dowland, William Byrd and the like.
